The Generative/Emergent Facilitation Team is two hosts coming together to collaborate in holding space and guiding Theory U and Presencing based systems change work. We are Rie Algeo Gilsdorf and Shannon Stoll Rabas.
Shannon's Bio:
I’m a somatic coach, facilitator, and organization development consultant who helps people find their footing in the unknown. With curiosity, compassion, and a little healthy disruption, I hold spaces where leaders, teams, and communities can slow down, listen differently, and notice what’s emerging.
My background spans psychology, experiential learning, and systems change, grounded in a deep belief that wisdom lives in both the individual and the collective body.
Rie's Bio:
I am passionate about connecting people across cultural distance and racial difference, integrating mind and body, science with art, and healing with change-making. I know that the confluence of two streams will always produce turbulence, and then a more powerful river. I teach people how to navigate this turbulence by bringing their settled bodies, open hearts and listening ears. I’m dedicated to building a common culture that heals and upholds us all in an unshakeable sense of belonging. It is the way forward in turbulent times.
With a background in arts-integrated, hands-on and student-centered education, I'm ready to sense into the needs of the group and shape experiences that meet them.
