Nadi and Jacqui are the founders of The Heart & Soul Space, a Melbourne women's collective for connection, creativity, and growth. Together, they bring complementary approaches to self-awareness, embodiment, and emotional depth, enabling them to hold space for others in a way that is warm, grounded, supportive, and deeply intentional.
Nadi
Nadi is a self-awareness facilitator and creative who helps women gain clarity, deepen their self-understanding, and reconnect with their sense of self.
Through her own journey with identity and self-worth, she developed a unique ability to articulate what others feel but canβt quite name. Her work blends reflection, embodiment, and honest conversation to support women in building self-trust and making aligned choices.
As a qualified clinical nutritionist, she brings a holistic perspective to her work, recognising the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system, and how this shapes the way we feel, respond, and relate to ourselves.
Jacqui
Jacqui is a qualified psychotherapist whose work centres around creating spaces for women to show up fully and utterly as themselves. Through retreats and facilitation, she invites women to inhabit the full spectrum of their being β where softness and power, grief and joy, sacredness and play can all coexist.
Guided by relational, trauma-informed, and holistic frameworks, Jacqui brings an ethical grounding to the workshops, community spaces, and retreats she holds. Within these environments, she supports women to deepen in self-awareness, nurture meaningful connection, and expand their capacity to meet life with reverence, presence, and truth β anchored in the belief that the greatest gift we can offer ourselves in life is the freedom to be wholly, authentically who we are.
