The Hobart Bookshop is a short walk from the city centre; is close to the wharf; and on Saturdays we are surrounded by the buzz and the energy of Salamanca Market.
Our shop is warm, well-lit, has wheelchair access, is filled almost to
overflowing with books, and is a vibrant part of Tasmania's literary
community whom we actively support.
Our staff are a small and friendly group who love books, and are always happy to help you find something new to read. We can help you choose a book for yourself or a gift for a friend
