The Marine Diaries is a marine conservation non-profit, using storytelling and digital media to communicate ocean science and connect people with the ocean. It bridges the education gap between the scientific community and the general public, through producing educational content, hosting events, and creating ocean experiences. The Marine Diaries is building a global community of advocates - and driving action to conserve our marine environment.
The Marine Diaries is a volunteer-led, 1% for the Planet non-profit. Their work has been recognised through several awards, including: Youth4Ocean’s ‘Community Engagement’ award winner, the European Enterprise Awards ‘Best Online Ocean Communication Experts’ winner, the Ocean Awards 'Young Initiative Finalist’, the Commonwealth Youth Awards 'Regional Finalist', and the P.E.A Awards 'Influencer Finalist'.
