Welcome to The Movement Collective (TMC), our movement studio in Newcastle, Australia - where fun, physical practice is celebrated.
Our approach is holistic, knowing that physical training is just one of the elements required for sustained health & vitality.
We consistenyly run a number of free & paid events like breathwork, anatomy, muscle-ups, sound healing, and much more. The studio has served as an indoor archery arena, cinema and live music venue. We’ve even had the thrill of ice baths and the privilege of hosting movement maestros from around the globe.
