Established in 2013, The Nest is the brainchild of the dynamic duo, Missy Gilbert and Daniel Bourne.

For artists, makers and innovators! We believe in the Arts and it’s varied and unique culture. We provide sacred, inclusive and safe space for creatives in our purpose built 2000 square metre warehouse to nurture expression, growth and creative connection.

With a proud holistic philosophy, the Nest is run by Artists for Artists. An open space plan is part of our ethos encouraging connection and collaboration within our community.

The Nest is more like a bespoke artists retreat than a generic creative space. Around every corner you’ll find carefully curated styling from Missy and Daniel’s private collection of furniture, vintage wares and commissioned artworks. Missy’s botanical obsession is reflected throughout the warm sun-drenched areas of the nest making this a sanctuary for the city.
