Louise is the founder of The Sage Blooms, where her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful growth begins when we understand and care for the whole person — mind, body, heart and spirit.
Her work explores the relationship between our inner world and the life we create on the outside: the thoughts we think, the emotions we carry, the signals of the body, the values that guide us, the beliefs and patterns that shape us, and the deeper sense of meaning and connection that influences how we live, relate and lead.
Drawing on lived experience, professional development and decades of personal exploration in human behaviour, emotional wellbeing, spirituality and personal growth, Louise creates reflective and engaging workshops that invite people to slow down, look within and understand themselves with greater awareness, curiosity and compassion.
Her work is not about fixing what is “wrong” or becoming someone else. It is about recognising what has shaped us, becoming more conscious of the patterns we may be living from, and creating greater choice in how we respond to life.
Through conversations around self-awareness, relationships, identity, leadership, emotional fitness, change, uncertainty and wellbeing, Louise supports people to strengthen both their inner and outer wellbeing — because how we experience the world around us is deeply connected to what is happening within us.
At the heart of The Sage Blooms is a simple belief:
When we understand ourselves more deeply, we create the possibility to live, love, relate and lead with greater authenticity, clarity and purpose.
