The Sunlight Centre is a Brisbane-based, grass-roots mental health charity delivering services, programs and training. Drawing on more than 25 years of counselling and psychology experience, Sunlight develops practical mental health workshops and training modules, with income helping to cross-fund our free crisis counselling services for people experiencing suicidal thoughts and self-harm distress.
