A Women's Circle is a safe, supportive, and nurturing space where women gather to share, connect, and reflect in a judgment-free environment. It's an opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect— with yourself, with others, and with a deeper sense of purpose and presence.
At The Women's Circle Queenstown, we come together every second Monday at Sherwood to create a sense of belonging in a town that is often transient. Through open-hearted conversation, shared experiences, and moments of stillness, we foster community and offer a space where emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing can be explored and honoured.
Each circle typically includes a cacao ceremony, gentle guided meditation or breathing, journaling, and meaningful conversation. These practices are designed to support self-reflection, encourage vulnerability, and strengthen the bond between women-all within a space of care and respect.
There is no pressure to speak or participate in any specific way. All forms of showing up are welcome.
Whether you're seeking connection, healing, inspiration, or simply a moment of stillness, this circle invites you to come just as you are.
