An approach to behaviour that prioritises the helpful feelings of everyone within the dynamic.
Therapeutic Thinking is a philosophy. It focuses on how all children and young people are to be supported, particularly in terms of their emotional wellbeing and mental health. We provide a trauma-informed approach to behaviour for all educational settings and wider stakeholders, grounded in evidence-based research. The company, in collaboration with commissioners, develops locally-owned training resources and assists with the delivery of training through a cascade model.
