Tiger & Stone was created to fill a critical gap in the wellness space. We realized that fitness alone wasn’t enough—true transformation requires a combination of Movement, Breathwork, and Mindset work.
Originally launched as ‘Sick-Well-Fit Training’—focused on exercise and nutrition—we found that many clients, despite being physically active, still struggled with their mental and emotional well-being. It became clear that traditional fitness solutions were missing something essential.
After deep research, exploration, and practice, we discovered that real health is built on three pillars: Movement, Breathwork, and Mindset. With this, Tiger & Stone was born.
