Thai born chef Tik Pearse has over 25 years experience in the restaurant industry. She is passionate about Asian food and giving others the knowledge and skills to prepare their own high quality Asian dishes. She has created the Soi 7 range of Sauces and Seasonings with this in mind. Tik is also an experienced sushi chef, being the owner of Sushi Plus, with stores in Terranora and Northern Tasmania.
