Timothy spent 15 years in Corrective Services as a Tactical Response Dog Handler, a role that placed him in consistently high-pressure and volatile environments. Over time, the intensity of this work took its toll, leading to cumulative PTSD and a search for healing. That search led him to the power of breath work—a practice that not only helped him regulate his nervous system and find balance but also reconnected him to a deeper sense of purpose.
What began as a personal recovery has become a mission: helping others transform stress, anxiety, and disconnection into calm, clarity, and self-awareness. As a certified breath work coach and consciousness mentor, Timothy now guides individuals and groups through practices that blend science-backed breathing techniques with conscious presence, creating safe and powerful spaces for transformation.
