Tim's path to breath-work facilitation was sparked by his own journey of healing and empowerment. For 14 years, he served with dedication as a Correctional Officer and Tactical Response Dog Handler with QLD Corrective Services until 2022, when a diagnosis of Cumulative PTSD led him to a crossroads. It was amidst this tumultuous time that Tim stumbled upon the potent healing potential of breath-work during a group session. This pivotal moment sparked a deeply personal journey of exploration and growth, as he turned to the power of conscious breathing and presence to navigate his own healing process. His quest eventually led him to discover the Transformational Breathing Method by Trey Williams, which became instrumental in his own journey to wellness. Now, as a certified breath coach for the TBM, Tim is committed to sharing his insights and experiences with others, guiding them along their own paths of healing and self-discovery with the same authenticity and sincerity that defines his own journey.
Emma, with eight years in the field of social work, brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the table. Her journey of self-discovery led her to uncover the profound impact of breathwork and presence on the path to healing and self-fulfillment. Emma's dedication to her own growth journey has ignited a passion within her to share the transformative power of breathwork with others. Emma is particularly drawn to guiding young people and women towards a state of confidence and thriving. Through her coaching, Emma empowers individuals to move from merely surviving to embracing their true worth and potential. Her commitment to personal development also extends to the little ones, as she has completed further development and training to facilitate mindfulness workshops for children. Emma's dedication to continuous learning is evident as she works towards certification as an NLP coach and a Diploma in Counselling, ensuring that she remains equipped to support others on their journeys of healing and self-discovery with authenticity and empathy.
Together, Tim and Emma create a dynamic and supportive space for participants to explore the depths of their inner worlds, confront past traumas, and cultivate resilience and inner peace.
