Tiny Fork began with a simple idea.
Food should bring families together, not make mealtimes feel stressful or filled with guilt.
Too often, kids’ food sits at two extremes. Unrealistic expectations of perfection on one side, and highly processed convenience foods on the other. For many parents, it can feel like a losing battle.
Tiny Fork exists to create a different experience. One where connection comes first, and healthy food naturally becomes part of it. Through play, curiosity, and shared moments in the kitchen, we help families explore food together in ways that feel enjoyable and achievable.
We believe there is no single right way to feed children. Food does not exist in a vacuum, and every family’s circumstances are different. What matters most is intention, access, and compassion.
Tiny Fork is here to help families feel more at ease around food.
One tiny fork at a time.
