Dance has always been a part of my life and now, more In the realm of wellness and movement.
After making some serious changes in my life I began a new chapter. Yoga became a practise I have now done for over 20 years and having been a massage therapist for over 10 years has enabled me to understand the body from these perspectives. Learning breathing technique through Yoga I picked up the didgeridoo and have enjoyed learning circular breathing and connecting with the instrument of the earth. Stretch & Breathe, and voice sequences I have practices over time and through breath, movement and voice work it has been profoundly healing for me.
