Tracey is a speaker, educator, and author of three books who works with education leaders to help them with the messy business of leading. She helps schools move to extraordinary through increasing trust, collaboration and learning within teams and supports leaders balance the reality of results while building strong culture. Balancing the head and heart of leadership, her Ferocious Warmth approach and professional culture framework, The Buzz, are used throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia. She is a National Fellow of ACEL, and the recipient of the Hedley Beare Educator of the Year Award from the Victorian branch in 2022. She was included on the Most Influential Educator list in 2024.
Tracey lives in Melbourne. As a former assistant principal in the state system in Victoria, educators are her favourite people to work with.
