Tracey Rowland is the author of the book, The Story of Stories, she has a master's in business and lives in Auckland, New Zealand.

Tracey focuses on thoughts and thought management. She leverages her life experiences to explain how your subconscious narrative causes you to act in ways that are in contravention to what you want from yourself and your life.

If you cannot change how you think and how you act, you will be exactly the same tomorrow as you are today. Everything will be the same. Pictures will stay on vision boards and you will fight the same fights in your mind and in your outer life.

Tracey takes you on a personal journey of discovery and shows you how to overcome yourself to produce a happier life in alignment with who you want to be.
