Alain Marec is a retired Food Scientist who was born and raised in Paris, France. During his childhood summers, he would vacation in the Brittany region where his family is from. It was there that he would spend his days working at his uncle's bakery and discovered a love for baking. He now carries on the tradition by bringing breads and pastries and teaching the art of baking to amily, friends, neighbors and his community.
