Alain Marec, founder of Triskell Bakery, was born and raised in Paris, France. He founded Triskell Bakery in December 2023 after a 32 year successful career as a Research and Development Food Scientist. But his love of baking started early. Growing up, he would vacation in the Brittany region in Western France, where his entire family is from. It is there that he would spend his days (and many nights!) working at his uncle's bakery and discovered his love of baking. He now carries on the tradition by bringing breads and pastries and teaching the art of baking to family, friends, neighbors and by giving back to his community in Medina Ohio.
