Ninja is a passionate artist, movement practitioner, and creator of the transformative Active Insight Movement (AIM), a holistic practice designed to unlock personal growth, emotional release, and a deeper connection to oneself and others. Her journey began at a young age in theatre and dance, where she discovered her love for the arts and performance. Her artistic path led her to pursue physical theatre education in France (2013–2016), diving deep into the Laban and Feldenkrais principles, which laid the foundation for her multifaceted approach to movement and healing.
From 2018 to 2024, Ninja continued to expand her knowledge and practice across the world, training in Acroyoga, Yoga, Breath work, Emotional Release Practices, Osteo Thai, and Thai Yoga Massage across Asia, Hungary, France, Switzerland, and Australia. Throughout these years, she cultivated a unique fusion of practices that integrate mindful movement, emotional release, and community-building into her offerings.
Her vision extends beyond personal development—Ninja is deeply committed to community building, creating spaces where people can grow together, heal together, and experience the power of play and emotional unblocking. AIM is not just a movement practice, but a transformative journey that nurtures the mind, body, and soul, offering the tools to unlock new possibilities and a richer, more connected life.
