Since 2010 Ujamaa Tanzania Foundation has provided extremely vulnerable children in Arusha, Tanzania with high quality care and education with loving emotional support in a unique family-style home, where they grow up to become empowered and successful adults.
Ujamaa Tanzania Foundation delivers two fundamental programs. There are currently have 23 children aged 3-18 years living in Ujamaa Children’s Home, along with 6 young adults who have graduated into the Forward Together program.
They receive higher education, housing and personal support. Ujamaa is a niche care provider focused on children who don't have a safe environment to live in and is committed to providing a long-term home that is secure and supportive.
