Under the Sky Kids Yoga offers classes for children to learn yoga and meditation to support their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual development.
Our mission is to help children grow strong and healthy connections to themselves and others. Yoga can help children to build their self-confidence and be happy with who they are, now and in the future.
Children ages 3-5 and 5-8 can attend term based kids yoga classes or attend family yoga classes where a parent/carer participates together.
Family yoga classes encourage parents and carers to tap into their own inner child and be playful whilst supporting their child in developing valuable life skills. Reflection and mindful activities help families cultivate communication skills, emotional empathy and a deeper understanding of each other.
Where possible, Under the Sky Kids Yoga classes are held outdoors so that children and their families can connect with the natural environment and reap the health benefits of being outdoors in nature; helping them to relax and reduce stress and anxiety.
