Join us for a Jazz-inspired demo cooking class by the Viking Cooking School! This year we are having a special guest, Melissa Townsend, of Milk Punch Media show us how to mix New Orleans' famous Sazerac and learn the story behind the famous cocktail! We will learn how to makeCajun Pickled Shrimp, Chicken and Andouille Gumbo with rice, Blackened Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potato Biscuits and Creole Mustard Sauce and Bread Pudding!
