From Scientist to Nervous System Architect, Vanessa’s journey has always been rooted in understanding behaviour, resilience and human potential.
With a background in malaria drug discovery and over 25 years in science and clinical trials, she now supports high-functioning people navigating stress, burnout, overwhelm, life transitions, and the quiet exhaustion that can build beneath lives that appear “fine” from the outside.
Her own experiences with burnout, early menopause, grief, relationship challenges, and walking alongside her mother through cancer and death at a young age have shaped more than insight — they’ve anchored a calm, grounded presence that helps people feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and hear what their body has been trying to say.
Vanessa combines nervous system regulation, breathwork, somatic work, and practical reflection to create spaces where people don’t need to be fixed, rushed, or perform — just met.
Her work is grounded in the belief that in an increasingly fast, overstimulated and uncertain world, one of the most important things we can cultivate is a sense of steadiness within ourselves, our relationships, and the home we return to each day.
