Breathwork Facilitator & Psychotherapist - I offer 1:1 psychotherapy and group therapy as well as 1:1 breathwork sessions as well as group breathwork sessions. I focus on the nervous system and creating a safe and gentle space for what wants to emerge to come through. Likewise, soulful somatic breathwork lets the body speak and allows the soul to emerge without the blocking narrations of the mind.
Theologian & Mystic - I lived for ten years in a modern monastic community, in which I completed a bachelor and masters of theology. I learned the language and art of mysticism for daily living and big decision discernment; and lived a ritual life for daily, weekly, monthly and annual ceremonies and rites of passage.
Psychotherapist - I have years of experience in the client's seat and in the other seat. I've worked with complex trauma, grief and bereavement, relationship crisis, life-decision, terminal and chronic illness, addiction, as well as finding purpose, connecting to deep longing, connecting with soul. I work ecologically, somatically and with individuals, groups, relationships and families.
Teacher, Writer & Storyteller - I have gathered many stories and teaching wisdom from spending years in monasticism, listening to great teachers and mystics, and learning from amazing educators while working in the education sector. I also have a trained appreciation for meta-modernism, multiculturalism and intersectionality which has been honed in friendship and in working contexts. I know the deep and strong medicine in ancestral wisdom that we can feel from the ankles and under the sole's of our feet, and I know the incisive critical insight borne of the perspective won by standing on the shoulders of our forebears, learning from their mistakes and endeavours.
