Julie & Trish are all about easy, no-fuss plant-based cooking.
Both have raised families of meat-eaters and have learned that sometimes some veg is better than none and sometimes, it's better to strive for better habits than to take an all or nothing approach.
Eating well, and saving time and money in the kitchen has developed into a passion for both of the Veggiewranglers who have shared their creations and plant-based food finds on insta for a few years now (Check them out @veggiewranglers)
And it's not like they have time to spend endless hours in the kitchen, either - Julie is a primary school teacher who supports Heartkids, is involved in several school committees and runs a busy household of three grown boys along with Veggiewranglers, while Trish, a former journalist turned massage therapist and nutritionist, runs three businesses, volunteers at running events throughout Queensland, and spends hours pounding the pavement just... running!
With their families getting older, both have decided it's time to share the love - passing on all their cooking, shopping & kitchen tips and tricks to prove that eating well, avoiding processed foods and getting more veg in your life is easy, can be simple and can save you $$ at the checkout.
