Vicki has spent two decades studying what stops capable people from fully backing themselves, and what shifts it.
As founder of The Sleepwalking Effect™, she works at the intersection of Applied Psychology and lived experience, disrupting the unconscious habits, belief patterns, and cultural conditioning that quietly shape how women lead, decide, and show up.
Her credentials are real. Former President of Flight Centre USA. TEDx speaker, Founder of Campaign 195, a global project exploring why capable women in leadership hesitate to speak up. And two near-death experiences that fundamentally changed how she thinks about wasted potential.
She's not here to motivate you. She's here to show you exactly what's been running the show, and hand you the tools to change it.
Her work is especially resonant for capable New Zealand women who were raised to be useful, humble, and undemanding... who are done with this way of thinking and ready to explore their untapped potential!
