Vikki Friedman is a passionate retreat organiser/facilitator, Laughter Wellness practitioner and mental health and self-care advocate.
She prides herself on her great organisational skills and ability to foster authentic and deep connections in both her personal and business life. She is mum to 3 teenage boys.
Vikki founded MeTreat Retreats in 2018 following a long and difficult history with anxiety and depression. She wanted to share her love of retreats and understanding of the huge benefits they provide with all women, and in particular with mums and business owners who often struggle to find the time to look after themselves.
Vikki and her business partner Tanya Levy run women's retreats that focus on wellness, friendship and fun. Their mission is to support busy, overwhelmed and stressed-out women in taking time out from their daily lives. They arm their guests with tools and strategies for reducing stress and teach them how to invest in regular self-care so that they can live their happiest and healthiest lives moving forward.
In 2023 Vikki completed the LaTrobe University’s Laughter, Resilience & Wellbeing Course. She is now spreading more happiness, joy and fun at retreats, events and in-house for organisations by running her ‘I’m Laughing Life’ Laughter Wellness Workshops.
