Virginia Golding-Bridge is a psychotherapist and meditation teacher with over 20 years’ experience integrating contemporary psychotherapy with contemplative traditions. Her work draws on Buddhist psychology, neuroscience, and somatic approaches to support people in cultivating emotional balance, resilience, and self-awareness.
Virginia holds degrees in Psychology and Philosophy and began studying Buddhist meditation in her twenties with the late Traleg Rinpoche, who remained an important teacher for over fifteen years. She has also spent extended periods living and studying in India, including time in Dharamshala, where she studied with her main teacher Yangten Rinpoche, His Holiness Dalai Lama and Mingyer Rinpoche and engaged deeply with the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
Through meditation courses, workshops, and retreats, Virginia offers practical and accessible teachings that help people work skillfully with anxiety, stress, and the challenges of everyday life. Her approach is warm, grounded, and compassionate, supporting participants to develop a steadier relationship with their inner world and cultivate greater wellbeing and inner peace.
