Megan Corcoran is a trauma-informed wellbeing consultant and Director of Wagtail Institute, working alongside schools and complex settings to strengthen whole-community approaches to wellbeing. Wagtail Institute supports teachers, leaders, wellbeing staff, and communities in navigating complex challenges and creating environments where everyone can thrive. A former alternative school leader, Megan understands the realities of working in high-pressure settings and brings a grounded, relational approach to her work. She believes that wellbeing isn’t a program or a checklist, it’s something we build together through trust, clarity, and systems that care. Her work is deeply rooted in equity, belonging, and the belief that the wellbeing of young people, staff, families, and communities are all interconnected.
