Carolyn McIntosh is a mixed media artist and craftsperson based in Greenmount, a Perth Hills suburb in Western Australia. Carolyn works across multiple mediums including fibre/textiles, drawing and painting in various media. She creates her fibre and textile sculpture and objects using wool and other fibres using dry needle felting and wet felting techniques. Carolyn often combines media and materials such as animal and plant fibres, fabrics, found objects, and recycled materials to create her sculptures.
Carolyn is keen to share her artistic knowledge and skills, particularly in needle felting by hosting workshops.
