5:00pm | Pre-Event Soirée – Waikato University
Kick off the evening with a lively pre-event gathering at Waikato University. Enjoy:
Bubbles, fine wines, drinks, and canapés
An exciting live auction
Incredible items up for grabs in our silent auction
During the pre-event, the secret will be revealed — you’ll discover which restaurant your table has been matched with for the evening.
🍽 The Dining Experience
Each table is randomly paired with one of the region’s outstanding local restaurants, where your group will enjoy a delicious three-course meal.
On the night, we kindly ask guests to support their assigned restaurant by purchasing drinks — a small gesture that helps give back to our local hospitality community.
