My mission & why I’m different
I am not a generic health and wellbeing coach, trainer, consultant.
I link health and wellbeing initiatives to business strategy and impact, as well as personal health and wellbeing for employees.
Most coaches do not have business backgrounds and therefore services are generic and not evaluated in a business context. Think “you must take magnesium” But what if your magnesium levels are optimal? It’s wasted time and money.
I believe every person should be the CEO of their own health and every one of us has our own inherent wellbeing wisdom.
For me, wisdom comes from insights gleaned from metrics, and data from wearable health tech. I have trialed and tested over 20 types of health tech from blood analysis platforms, to app-based tech to wearables such as Oura Ring and Apple Health. Some are premium, many are low-cost/no-cost. I have done the research and experiments to be able to advise the best for your own personal or business context.
I am a strong advocate for giving back. Hence, for every service a company buys, I give the equivalent service to a charity of their choice. Together we can make bigger ripples in workplace learning.
Health and well-being is so much more than just fruit, flu shots, and fitness perks.
My vision
Betty Laura Lamb was my paternal Grandmother. She fully integrated natural health to into her own life as well as into the lives of her children and grandchildren. She had one of the first juicers in New Zealand and loved her carrot juice.
In her honour, I have started planning for the Betty Laura Foundation, which will own free hold property that will fund a social enterprise with all of the Intellectual Property that I create in the next 10 years.
All of these courses and resources will educate the next generation and at risk communities in areas of mental health, physical health and performance, for free.
This will be both hers and my legacy that will live beyond my life, and create ripples far beyond my own family for generations to come.
