Wellington Women Lawyers' Association has provided a platform and voice for women barristers, solicitors, in-house counsel, judges, law students and other women working in the legal profession since 1987. We run events and training, provide mentoring and scholarships and more. All women with connections to the legal sector in Wellington are very welcome as members. One of our recent initiatives is our online directory of women lawyers: womenlawyersdirectory.nz. Any women member of WWLA is able to load their profile on the directory and you can use it to find lawyers to brief, appoint or recruit.
