The Wesley Historical Society (NZ) is an official Society of the Methodist Church of New Zealand.
Since 1930, the Society has encouraged the research, recording and sharing of Methodist history, including the stories of people, parishes, missions, institutions and communities. It publishes historical research and other material on Methodist history, and brings people together through lectures, events and other activities exploring the Methodist story and its place in the wider history of Aotearoa New Zealand and the wider South Pacific.
The Society welcomes anyone with an interest in Methodist history and heritage.
