West Papuan Development Company (WPDC) is a registered Australian charity supported entirely by volunteers. We are administered according to Australian charity standards alongside our local partner LEMAK (Water of Life Organisation), our partner organisation based on the ground in Papua. WPDC works only with local West Papuan teams, and prioritises the empowerment of local indigenous people in all its projects. WPDC is also an approved partner organisation of World Relief Australia.

LEMAK is a Papuan grassroots organisation with trained administrative and on the ground staff. The LEMAK team members have been trained to certificate standard in Papua New Guinea in well construction.
