I'm running a session at Spark Festival that skips the polite version and goes straight to the part nobody demos.
We start at "which level of AI maturity are you actually on." Then agentic AI, doing a real task, properly briefed. Then the bit that always gets left out of the pitch decks: the moment it says no.
Because an AI that agrees to everything isn't safe. It's just not paying attention.
