The Wolli Creek Preservation Society emerged in 1983 initially to save the Wolli Creek valley from the M5 motorway. The WCPS aims to protect, preserve, conserve, educate and advocate for the Wolli Creek valley and all the tributaries that flow through the land of the Gadigal and Bidjigal people of south western Sydney.
