Work Health Academy is an organisation committed to delivering excellence in training, professional development and research in the area of work and health.
At Work Health Academy, we successfully launched our first cohort who all graduated in February 2026. We are excited to be working on our next CFCE training programme to teach cohort 2 to become Comprehensive Functional Capacity Evaluators later in 2026.Our unique CFCE programme is designed to equip health professionals with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to conduct thorough, accurate, productivity-focused assessments and impactful recommendations, including evidence-based rehabilitation programmes.The Work Health Academy CFCE course is crafted and delivered by Occupational Therapists with over 60 years of combined UK and international FCE clinical experience. It covers every facet of FCE: from preparation, assessment and analysis to detailed report writing for a wide range of health conditions, occupations and occupational environments.
