We achieve this through agnostic enabling technology and a collaborative approach that supports initiatives bringing together people, jobs, skills and pathways for both domestic and international talent.
We support peak industry bodies and associations across Australia to establish and launch their own jobs and skills platforms to address their sector specific challenges.
Additionally, we are empowering regional and remote communities and are currently rolling out over 100 community-controlled, location-based jobs, skills and economic development platforms across the country
Our community-controlled platforms are free and enable all existing stakeholders in the local employment ecosystem to connect.
Employers can post on local platforms to find local talent in regional and remote locations for free outside of major employment centres,
Where local talent is unavailable, employers can amplify job advertisements nationally and internationally
