Yasu's High Performance Swimming Squad Program Details
Prerequisites:
- Ability to swim 1 km or more continuously in the ocean or pool.
- Ability to communicate compassionately with other squad members.
- Commitment to improving swimming performance, freestyle form, and endurance in upcoming open water and triathlon races.
- Interest in the latest swimming training programs and knowledge from around the world.

- 2 full lanes (Lanes 3 and 4) in a 50m indoor heated pool

- Every Saturday, 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Additional Costs
Participants must pay a $7.50 entrance fee each time they visit the Sydney University Sport & Aquatic Centre.
Additional Information
- Please bring fins and a snorkel for practice. Also, remember to bring drinks to stay hydrated.
- Surprise: Yasu's Olympic swimmer friends will be guest swimmers for our squad lesson!
