I'm Grace, a qualified and experienced yoga instructor who is excited to share my practice with you.
I take special interest in the power of yoga and meditation to help us reconnect with and show compassion to ourselves and our world.
I enjoy teaching and practicing Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama and meditation in nature and focusing on the way different asanas help us mindfully connect with our body and develop a loving relationship to ourselves.
I strive to make my classes accessible by bringing in Iyengar style modifications, using props and adjusting poses so we can focus on how yoga makes us feel inside rather than a pose looks from the outside.
