Welcome to this evolving world I am creating within Zenith Holistic Healing.
I have been running a business since 2020, Bella Reiki, and quietly changed the name because my modalities now extend beyond Reiki.
Same heart, quietly woven through connection and carrying a gentle nod to my beautiful mum, Judith.
My passion is helping people find their calm through meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, sound healing and crystal healing.
I tailor sessions to suit. That means, no session is ever the same.

I currently work with Defence Veterans, corporate industries, community groups and individuals across Central Coast and NSW seeking permission for peace.
I am trained as a Holistic Counsellor, and I am furthering my studies in mental health.
