The Zonta Club of Auckland Inc. is part of the global organisation Zonta International.
Zonta advocates for women's rights and together with our partners, works towards equality, education, ending child marriage and gender-based violence. Zonta is dedicated to achieving gender equality in education through fellowships and awards for women and girls pursuing studies and careers in traditionally male dominated fields.
The Zonta Club of Auckland's International Women's Day 2025 lunch on Saturday 8 March 2025 aims to raise funds through ticket sales, silent auctions and raffles to support the scholarships, while celebrating the achievements of women and addressing the IWD2025 theme: Accelerating Action for Gender Equality.
