    Frequently asked questions

    Q: What are Hosted Dinners?

Hosted Dinners are informal dining events where conference attendees can join a table hosted by researchers from the Future of Work Institute.

Q: Who can attend these dinners?

Any registered attendee of the CTWD conference is eligible to attend.

Q: Can I choose the dinner I want to attend?

Yes certainly, when you register, you'll be able to select from a variety of dinner options, each hosted at a different restaurant with varying cuisines and hosts. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability.

Q: Is there a cost to attend a Hosted Dinner? How are the dinners organised in terms of payment?

Yes, attendees are responsible for paying for their own meals. The cost will vary depending on the restaurant and menu choices. Please check the menu before signing up to a particular dinner so you know the approximate costs. Your host will be in touch with you to advise if you need to bring cash or credit/debit card.

Q: What if I've registered and need to cancel?

If you need to cancel your registration, please email ctwd-conference@curtin.edu.au as soon as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may prevent other interested attendees from participating.
