    Eliza is the Founder and CEO of Farmer Stays, an innovative sustainability focused farm stay travel platform. Prior to leaping into tech and the travel industry, Eliza held a long term Operations Management role at one of Australia's fastest growing lift companies, and brings over 15 years’ experience in the design, procurement, project management and construction industry with her most notable projects being High-End Luxury Homes throughout South East Queensland and Luxury Home and Resort projects in remote Indonesia. Eliza has traveled throughout Australia, Europe, Asia, North America and Africa and is passionate about the powerful role agritourism can play in showcasing sustainable and regenerative travel experiences that have a positive impact on nature and our city, regional and rural communities.

    Susan is Principal Consultant at CVC Clear Vision Consulting, a leading regional tourism growth specialist, and author of Booked Out! How to Start and Grow a Successful Regional Tourism Business.  She works widely in business development and helps regional businesses and organisations with strategic planning, coaching, market research and feasibilities and business planning. Sue spent many years living and working in outback Australia, has facilitated and led statewide and national stakeholder community engagement for government, coached hundreds of growing businesses in all sectors and works with product and market development strategies to help business owners stay energized and keep growing. Sue brings lived experience as a rural financial counsellor, an ABC radio producer, a regional tourism manager, an accommodation operator and has helped many organisations with a regional footprint to review their performance and re-set their direction in readiness for changed market conditions. CVC was established in 2011 and consults to private sector, Indigenous businesses and corporations, investors, government, not for profits, arts, disability, Councils, National Parks, regional tourism and peak bodies. In the Indigenous business sector CVC works with IBA, NIAA, NTIBN, and various state and Territory government agencies nationally.
