After so many requests for MORE walks and MORE locations, we’re excited to announce our new on going walk location is DECEPTION BAY!

As per usual we are ready to create space and time for connection, movement, and coffee-fuelled chats 🫶

WHEN:
Fortnightly on Friday, meet at 9:00AM, grab your coffee at Zesty Lemon
We’ll kick off the walk around 10AM to allow time for mingling and caffeine top-ups 

WHERE:
We’re kicking things off at one of our local faves: Zesty Lemon- it’s the perfect pre-walk pit stop!

About Hot Mums Walk Club:
Hot Mums Walk Club is all about creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering community for mums. Whether you're flying solo, bringing your little ones, or inviting a support person along. It’s a space for connection, conversation, and a whole lot of self-love.

Meet Your Hosts:
We’re Katie and Caitlin — two local first-time mums who know firsthand how important it is to find your people during the wild, beautiful journey of motherhood. Hot Mums Walk Club was created from our shared passion to build a fun, supportive, and easy going space for mums to connect, move their bodies, and leave feeling a little lighter.

How it Works:

• 9:00 AM: Grab a coffee at Capstone Degani’s (pay your own way)

• 10:00 AM: Set off on a relaxed walk around the nearby lake (prams, carriers, and support crew all welcome)

• Post-Walk: Head back to Zesty Lemon for a second coffee or a relaxed lunch if you feel like staying. There's also a playground nearby for older kids to enjoy while mums catch up.

👋 Meet Emily – HMWC Host | Deception Bay

We’re so excited to introduce Emily, our brand new Hot Mum Walk Club host for Deception Bay 💕

Emily knows first-hand how isolating motherhood can feel — especially when you don’t have many friends with kids. That’s why she’s passionate about creating a space where mums can show up, connect, and feel supported.

She started attending the Mango Hill walks when her daughter was just 5½ months old, and loved having something to look forward to each week. Along the way she’s made friends, shared plenty of laughs, and cuddled countless adorable babies 👶

🌊 Dream day off: A cooked big brekky and a trip to the beach
👯 Fun fact: Emily is a twin — she’s 12 minutes older than her brother!

Emily says:

“I love that with HMWC, NOTHING is off limits. Tell me about your C-section, your baby’s poo (or lack of it), or that one thing your partner did that tipped you over the edge 😂. Having someone who’s in the same boat to share experiences, advice, or just listen can be so comforting.”

Her walks will be extremely easy-going, no-judgement, and full of bonding, chats, and laughter. You might even be lucky enough to score one of her baked treats along the way 🍪
