Meet at The Bay Sandgate at 9AM
Grab your coffee and we’ll kick off the walk around 9.30am

Additional time post walk for coffee and chats

WHERE:
Beautiful Sandgate — we’ve heard so much love for this location, so we’re making it our new fortnightly walk location, held every second Tuesday. We will be doing a 5km round loop from "pool to pier", finishing back at The Bay.

🌊 Meet Amy — Your Sandgate Hot Mum Walk Club Host!

Hey Hot Mummas! I’m Amy Kemp-Paton, and I’ll be hosting our fortnightly Tuesday walks at the beautiful Sandgate Bay, where we’ll be doing the iconic Pool to Pier walk. 🏖️✨

I’m a proud mum of two little girls — 2.5 years and 9 weeks old — and I know firsthand how important it is for mums to have a space to connect and feel seen. I became a host because I wanted to help create a welcoming, judgment-free space where we can move our bodies, have real chats, and remind each other that motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone 🫶

☕ Coffee order: Large cappuccino — the bigger, the better!
☀️ Perfect morning: Honestly… sleep 😅 or a coffee in the sun!
🏎️ Fun fact: I used to race speedway cars!

My message to other mums:

“You’re not alone, even if it feels that way right now. Reach out, go for a walk, say hi to another mum — connection starts with one small step, and there are people who’d love to meet you.” 💕

✨ What to expect at Sandgate:
A friendly, no-pressure space where everyone’s welcome — prams, messy buns, tired eyes and all. We’ll walk, chat, grab a coffee, and remind ourselves that motherhood is easier (and way more fun) when we do it together.
