Introducing our fourth and final event in the Adelaide University Media Association's 'Hot Takes' series, ending on the topic: Objectivity in journalism is a myth.
• Can any journalist truly be free from personal bias?
• Does “both-sides” journalism help or harm the public’s understanding of complex issues?
• Is pure objectivity no longer the standard that newsrooms should be reaching? 🤔
These are the types of questions we will be discussing with our diverse panel, who will bring industry and academic insights to a topic that is gaining increasing traction in the modern era. 🤝
