Hot Take: 'The egg shortage is just the beginning’ is a timely look into our food system in Aotearoa and how sustainability and food resilience are all connected. We are wanting to make the space for a discussion about what impacts we can expect from events such as the war in Ukraine and the recent horrifying weather events we’ve experienced.
